On the morning of Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018 from 3:00am to 6:00am EST, we will be performing a series of server upgrades that will improve the reliability of our services.

In light of this scheduled maintenance, the following Squadle services will be impacted during this window:
- Records and Report Generation (from tablet)
- Shift Notes (from tablet)

Additionally, we will be introducing Customer Recovery, our newest feature that will be available on all Squadle tablets in our newest version of the Squadle app (1.16.2). This version will be automatically installed on your tablets and requires no action on your end.

While we upgrade your Squadle application, you may experience limited downtime with the application during this maintenance window.

In preparation for the app upgrade, please ensure that your tablets are turned on and are left charging on Wednesday night, Dec. 12.
